Campaign Statuses
You may have at some point created a campaign and then noticed you could not fit in your campaign list. This is likely because you did not set the status for the campaign.
This article will outline what the different statuses of campaigns mean and the best ways to use them.
(1) Draft — Refers to campaigns that have not launched yet, this is the default status if you don’t select one. Draft campaigns do not appear on any dropdown within the platform; they are also hidden from the Dashboard.
(2) Scheduled — Refers to campaigns that have a later start date, thus, you want to hide them from the public. Scheduled campaigns appear on all dropdowns within the platform; but, they are hidden from the Dashboard.
(3) Active — Refers to campaigns that you want to keep visible within the platform and to the public. Active campaigns appear on all dropdowns within the platform and on the dashboard.
(4) Inactive — Refers to campaigns that you want to keep visible within the platform, but not to the public. Inactive campaigns appear on all dropdowns within the platform; but, they are hidden from the Dashboard.
(5) Suspended — Refers to campaigns that have been cancelled. Suspended campaigns do not appear on any dropdown within the platform; they are also hidden from the Dashboard.
(6) Expired — Refers to campaigns whose end date has passed. Expired campaigns do not appear on any dropdown within the platform; they are also hidden from the Dashboard.
