Adding an installment payment

To add a payment to an installment please watch the video below.

If a donor pays for an installment online, or you accidentally enter a pledge payment as a donation you can associate an existing donation to the pledge.  To learn how, watch the video below.

If an installment payment is entered under a different donor, either by a donor using the wrong email when making a donation online, or if an installment is truly paid by a different donor you can still add the payment to the pledge.  To learn how, watch the video below.
